Abstract

Face à la hausse du prix à la pompe, la grogne monte. Une pétition en ligne réclamant la baisse de ce prix a recueilli à ce jour près de 800 000 signatures. De nombreuses initiatives, des récupérations politiciennes et une « journée escargot » portée par le mouvement des gilets jaunes prévue ce samedi 17 novembre, questionnent la mise en œuvre de la fiscalité carbone, pourtant inscrite dans la loi de transition énergétique de 2015.
