Abstract

Cet ouvrage dresse un bilan de l'Union européenne (UE) après une période de fortes tensions politiques mais dans un climat conjoncturel raffermi qui devrait être propice aux réformes avant que s'enclenche le processus de séparation entre l'UE et le Royaume-Uni. L'année 2018 sera celle d'une croissance amenant le produit intérieur brut bien au-dessus de son niveau d'avant-crise, grâce à la reprise de l'investissement des entreprises et au soutien de la politique monétaire, et désormais sans entrave de la part des politiques budgétaires.
