Abstract

On présente les principaux éléments du débat d'économie et d'économie politique sur les défauts souverains. Puis on les illustre à travers trois exemples: la crise de la dette dans les pays en développement, dans les années 1980; le débat international des années 1998-2002; enfin la crise de la dette souveraine à partir de 2010.
