Abstract

Le 23 juin 2016, les Britanniques ont voté en faveur d'une sortie de l'Union européenne. Ce vote a ouvert une crise politique au Royaume-Uni et fait planer la menace d'une dislocation à terme de l'Union : la quitter devient un choix possible. Le vote britannique reflète ainsi un malaise grandissant dans toute l'Union. Ses citoyens sont d'autant plus réticents à aller vers une Europe plus fédérale que la discipline budgétaire et la libéralisation promues à Bruxelles n'emportent pas leur adhésion.
