Abstract

En 2020, les mesures socio-fiscales vont à nouveau contribuer positivement au pouvoir d'achat à hauteur de 5 milliards d'euros, et ce malgré la mise en place de nouvelles mesures d'économies (APL, assurance chômage, ...). Du côté des entreprises, l'année 2020 est marquée principalement par la poursuite de la baisse de l'impôt sur les sociétés, la suspension de la taxe GAFA et la réduction de certaines niches fiscales. Concernant les dépenses publiques, l'objectif du gouvernement demeure celui de réaliser des économies structurelles, ciblées en priorité sur le gel de l'indice de la fonction publique, les dépenses de fonctionnement des collectivités locales, la politique du logement et l'assurance chômage. À cela s'ajoute, en 2020, la désindexation sur l'inflation de certaines prestations sociales et des pensions de retraites au-delà de 2 000 euros. A contrario, certains minima sociaux connaissent une dernière revalorisation et le budget global de la Prime d'activité augmenterait avec la hausse du taux de recours. [Premier paragraphe]
