Abstract

À ce jour, la mise en place du troisième pilier de l'Union bancaire, à savoir la création d'une assurance européenne des dépôts, est bloquée. Certains pays – à l'instar de l'Allemagne ou des Pays-Bas – arguent en effet que le risque de défaut bancaire est encore trop hétérogène en zone euro pour permettre une mutualisation des garanties de dépôts.
