Abstract

In this text the principles of planning such as they were formulated by the creators of these economic theories are recalled. I analyze also their transformation one century later and new application in production and management. I characterize the mechanisms of macroeconomic forecast, of the companies strategic planning and the regulation of the companies through the financial instruments.
