Abstract

Le régime de propriété collective des terres agricoles et les vestiges de la gestion administrative de l'économie rurale fragilisent les droits fonciers des résidents ruraux chinois. Le sentiment d'insécurité qui en découle remet en question leurs projets éventuels de migration puisque les travailleurs migrants sont ceux qui courent le plus grand risque de perdre leurs terres. Dans cet article, nous nous penchons sur l'incertitude liée aux droits d'usage ou d'exploitation des terres cultivées, puis examinons son impact réel sur les décisions de migration en nous attardant tout particulièrement sur la durée des séjours.
