Abstract

Cette recherche a pour objectif de montrer comment les dirigeants de TPE transforment leur identité entrepreneuriale dès lors qu'ils deviennent employeurs. Basée sur une méthodologie qualitative, cette recherche montre que quatre configurations sont possibles entre identité d'entrepreneur et identité d'employeur (adaptation identitaire, compromis identitaire, confit identitaire, refus identitaire), et qu'elles dépendent de deux conditions, que sont la continuité dans la posture d'employeur et la reconnaissance des salariés. Elle formule enfin des recommandations pour éviter aux entrepreneurs-employeurs de tomber dans le refus identitaire, et de renforcer leur employeurabilité.
