Abstract

L'objet de cet article est d'étudier l'innovation organisationnelle comme une émancipation de l'ordre établi en s'appuyant sur le concept de ligne de fuite, au cœur de la métaphysique du désir de Deleuze et Guattari (1972, 1980). Nous nous sommes appuyés sur l'étude du cas de la mise en œuvre d'un nouveau dispositif organisationnel au sein d'un groupe bancaire. L'étude de cas a montré que l'émancipation de l'ordre établi est une déterritorialisation susceptible, sous certaines conditions, de conduire à une innovation. Cette émancipation ne va toutefois pas sans tentatives de reterritorialisation visant à rétablir les conditions de l'ordre établi. L'étude de cas montre également que leur position d'entre-deux, confère un rôle particulier aux managers intermédiaires, dans ces mouvements de déterritorialisation/reterritorialisation.
