Abstract

Dans les deux petites entreprises du BTP étudiées, les processus d'écologisation sont impulsés par les dirigeants et les cadres des fonctions transverses et sont intégrés à la stratégie économique. L'organisation du travail, portée par le management, évolue davantage que le contenu des tâches professionnelles.
