Abstract

Depuis 2012, la politique de dématérialisation numérique mise en oeuvre à Pôle Emploi impacte profondément la relation de service, jusqu'à rendre possible un service sans relation. En s'appuyant sur une démarche ergologique centrée sur l'analyse des écarts entre travail prescrit et travail réel, les auteurs montrent comment les conseillers ajustent leur activité pour préserver, en situation, la nécessité et l'intérêt de la relation de service. L'un des enjeux mis en évidence est celui de la compatibilité de la dématérialisation numérique avec un accompagnement personnalisé des demandeurs d'emploi.
