Abstract

Les coopératives de travailleurs, les Scop en France, sont d'une grande diversité. Je propose une classification à partir de deux critères : Le degré de concentration des pouvoirs, renvoyant à la forme de démocratie Le sens de la superposition entreprise-société, renvoyant à la primauté entre le projet économique et le projet socio-politique. Quatre types de Scop apparaissent ainsi de façon éclairante quant à leurs distinctions. Cette classification éclaire sous un nouveau jour la question classique de la dégénérescence, en ouvrant à des dérives plurielles selon le type de Scop et les tendances à l'oeuvre.
