Tenir tête à la transition ? Renouveau et reproduction des logiques productives dans l'enseignement agricole

Abstract

A partir d'une enquête réalisée auprès d'une vingtaine d'acteurs de l'enseignement agricole et d'une analyse de la littérature grise produite par ses institutions, cette communication proposera une analyse des mécanismes d'adaptation et de résistance du productivisme dans l'EA. En mobilisant le cadre du « nouvel esprit du productivisme agricole »1, il s'agira de questionner si l'EA demeure un facteur de reproduction du productivisme ou si les blocages pour aller vers l'agroécologie se situent à d'autres niveaux. Les premiers résultats montrent que si l'EA ne reproduit plus mécaniquement le productivisme par ses référentiels et postures pédagogiques proposées, de nouveaux mécanismes de résistances à l'écologisation se diffusent sur l'enseignement agricole malgré les efforts de réformes : relativisation des modèles productifs, contexte mésoéconomique défavorable aux transitions, prégnance discursive du syndicat agricole majoritaire ou encore sentiment de « retour en arrière » des enseignants.
