Abstract

L'auto-ethnographie est une méthode très récemment acceptée par les sciences de gestion francophones. Elle confronte son auteur.trice et ses lecteur.trice.s à la vulnérabilité dont on sait qu'elle peine à trouver sa place dans l'Université. Se pose alors la question du que faire de cette vulnérabilité et comment s'appuyer sur celle-ci pour rédiger un texte acceptable dans les cénacles académiques ? Nous décrivons les processus à l'oeuvre dans la production d'une Habilitation à Diriger des Recherches (HDR) par une co-production autoethnographique entre l'auteure et le garant du mémoire. Nous montrons que l'écriture n'est ni dichotomique, ni un processus linéaire mais elle est une évolution spiralée qui conduit à imbriquer écriture féminine et écriture masculine en une écriture bisexuée.
