Abstract

La gestion des ressources humaines (GRH) a pour objectif d'intégrer les individus dans l'organisation via des pratiques sociales orientées tant vers l'interne que vers l'externe. Les pratiques inclusives visent à éviter les tensions internes et à attirer de nouveaux collaborateurs. Toutefois, la notion d'inclusion reste ambiguë : certains y voient une opportunité d'épanouissement pour tous, tandis que d'autres critiquent son manque d'application concrète à cause de contraintes structurelles. De plus, les aspirations à une responsabilité sociétale sont souvent contrecarrées par la précarisation du travail et le contexte néolibéral. Le texte propose ainsi de repenser la GRH en s'appuyant sur la justice sociale selon Nancy Fraser, en explorant les tensions entre inclusion et exclusion, et en adoptant une approche plus responsable et citoyenne.
