Abstract

Les expériences de management et de gouvernance menées dans les communs apparaissent convergentes avec les situations de projets socio-économiques des organisations. À travers deux cas, un provenant d'une structure intervenant sur un secteur d'activité et la seconde gérant des projets de développement socio-économique dans un cabinet d'expertise-comptable, on s'aperçoit de convergences, ouvrant la réflexion sur des modalités de management et de mesure de la performance. L'interaction des organisations de marché, de celles provenant des communs et la structure des coûts d'opportunité interviennent dans une formulation intégrée et élargie au service des personnes, des organisations et des territoires dans des logiques de conflits coopération à explorer.
