Abstract

The Zero Long-Term Unemployment Territories experiment is based on an idea: adapting work for those distant from the job market, rather than expecting them to adapt to it. While access to work was initially prioritised, training now appears essential for stabilising career paths and developing genuine professional projects. This Céreq Bref, based on field surveys, presents the training approaches observed in these unique work environments, as well as the different attitudes to training held by these employees, who are often vulnerable due to career paths marked by frequent interruptions.
