Abstract

Les consommateurs, conscients des enjeux environnementaux, réutilisent de plus en plus leurs emballages. Cette communication s'appuie sur le concept d'entropie perçue d'un emballage pour analyser les facteurs influençant sa réutilisation. Nous proposons que les consommateurs perçoivent naïvement le niveau d'entropie d'un emballage et que cette perception est influencée par son matériau. Nous menons une étude exploratoire via 10 entretiens semi-directifs. Premièrement, les résultats montrent que les consommateurs perçoivent spontanément les dimensions physiques de l'entropie des emballages. Deuxièmement, en fonction des matériaux d'emballage, les répondants ne se basent pas sur les mêmes indices pour percevoir l'entropie.
