Abstract

Cet article apporte un nouvel éclairage sur des pratiques de gestion de projet favorables au développement de compétences de projet des membres des équipes au sein d'une organisation publique à structure matricielle faible. Les résultats d'une étude de cas unique suggèrent un certain nombre de conditions d'apprentissage d'ordre individuel, technique, social et organisationnel essentielles à l'émergence d'un environnement de projet capacitant. À partir de ces conditions, nous discutons de leur choix et de leur mise en œuvre de manière à maximiser les occasions de développement pour les membres des équipes et diminuer les entraves à leur effet capacitant.
