Abstract

Les coopératives et la sociocratie proposent deux modes d'organisation alternatifs face aux structures hiérarchiques capitalistes. Cependant, si les principes coopératifs et le fonctionnement sociocratique sont tous deux porteurs d'un projet de transformation de la société, ils n'emportent pas les mêmes conséquences pour les acteurs de ces structures. La construction idéologique de ces deux modes d'organisation étant radicalement différente. Une lecture critique des règles sociocratiques montre cependant des porosités avec les principes coopératifs. Toutefois, ces règles peuvent être dévoyées et nous amène donc à considérer avec prudence leur application trop littérale.
