Abstract

Communication, à portée essentiellement théorique, présentant les apports du modèle coopératif pour davantage de démocratie dans le package de contrôle. Sur la base de données exploratoires issue d'une recherche en cours, nous mettons en lumière l'influence des pratiques et valeurs coopératives dans la structuration du package de contrôle de gestion au sein de plusieurs SCIC et SCOP.
