Abstract

En France, le secteur du tourisme fluvial a connu une forte croissance jusqu'à la crise sanitaire. La prise de conscience de l'écologie contribue au développement de l'écotourisme. La France possède le plus grand réseau fluvial d'Europe avec un peu plus de la moitié destinée à la navigation touristique. Dans ce contexte, la société familiale, « Riverboat » s'est positionnée sur le marché du tourisme fluvial. Créée en 1981, située au carrefour de 3 voies fluviales navigables, elle construit des bateaux de plaisance, et a une offre de location de bateaux avec ou sans permis, en France et à l'étranger. « Riverboat » cherche à maintenir sa position concurrentielle et à se développer encore en Europe. Consultant, vous l'aidez à pérenniser ses activités tant en France qu'à l'étranger, au travers d'un diagnostic de l'entreprise et de son secteur d'activité.
