Industrie du futur et innovation responsable : l’impact des usages de la robotiques collaborative

Abstract

La robotique collaborative (cobotique) est une innovation de rupture dans l'industrie 4.0, intégrant des robots conçus pour travailler en proximité avec les opérateurs humains. Alors que les recherches actuelles se concentrent sur leurs bénéfices techniques et productifs, cette communication propose une analyse nuancée de leurs impacts sociétaux et organisationnels. Trois études de cas dans des PME montrent que l'intégration des cobots transforme le travail en réduisant la pénibilité, en comblant des pénuries de compétences et en enrichissant potentiellement les fonctions des opérateurs. Cependant, leur utilisation reste majoritairement substitutive plutôt que collaborative. En adoptant une perspective d'innovation responsable, cette recherche montre comment les cobots peuvent soutenir l'employee-driven innovation (EDI), favorisant des processus inclusifs. La flexibilité et l'accessibilité des cobots permettent aux salariés de participer à des innovations opérationnelles. Ces résultats ouvrent des pistes pour un usage responsable des cobots.
