Abstract

La mondialisation, la croissance démographique et le capitalisme spéculatif sont des sources de réification. Les humains, dont la dimension productive est sur-valorisée, ont tendance à être objetisés et invisibilisés. En réponse, des courants de re-personnalisation du travail et les demandes de reconnaissance associées se sont considérablement amplifiés au niveau international. À l'interface entre bien-être au travail et performance économique, les demandes d'accompagnement des personnes ont explosé. Les pratiques de coaching, hétéroclites, sont ainsi venues apporter des réponses nuancées à ces demandes. Notre étude se base sur le cas d'une TPE d'architecture accompagnée en recherche-intervention pendant 2 ans. Cette communication vise à éclairer les liens méconnus entre accompagnement des personnes, dynamiques de reconnaissance et rôles d'accompagnateur.
