Abstract

L'offre de formation évolue et se modernise périodiquement. Pour autant, il existe de nombreux secteurs d'activités pour lesquels il manque cruellement de dispositifs de formation initiale ou continue, soit parce que les métiers concernés sont moins attractifs, et ont trop peu de candidats, soit parce qu'il s'agit de compétences très spécifiques et difficilement modélisables dans un parcours de formation externe. Par conséquent, certaines entreprises ou organisations ne trouvent pas les compétences dont elles ont besoin pour assurer la pérennité de leurs activités ou à un coût exorbitant. Notre communication a pour ambition d'étudier à la fois les problèmes stratégiques que soulèvent le manque de compétences dans une activité, de présenter les résultats obtenus par des entreprises allant jusqu'à intégrer un dispositif d'école interne comme un enjeu stratégique. D'autre part, un certain nombre d'entreprises et organisations affectent une quote-part de leurs ressources à l'apprentissage, mais toutes ne sont pas allées jusqu'à valoriser l'investissement réalisé à travers une école interne. A travers deux cas de recherche-intervention, nous montrons à quelles conditions la création d'une école interne peut être un levier de fidélisation du personnel et de performance socio-économique, répondant notamment aux enjeux actuels de pénurie de compétences dans de nombreux secteurs d'activité. Enfin, nous proposons un modèle de valorisation qualimétrique, autrement dit de contrôle de gestion socio-économique, du dispositif « école interne ».
