Abstract

L'industrie du jeu, et particulièrement du jeu vidéo, montre depuis une trentaine d'années sa capacité à rendre toujours plus réalistes les situations offertes à un large public de joueurs. De manière paradoxale, dans le financement d'une opération d'armement il est rare de voir la simulation placée parmi les priorités ; elle fait plus souvent figure de parent pauvre, voire de variable d'ajustement. Or les ruptures constatées ces dernières années dans le domaine de l'intelligence artificielle invitent à reconsidérer la plus-value des technologies immersives pour la formation à la prise de décision et au commandement.
