Abstract

La notion de compétence, carrefour de disciplines telles que la psychologie, la sociologie et la gestion des ressources humaines, a émergé dans les années quatre-vingt. À travers de nombreux exemples et points de vue de chercheurs et de praticiens, cette nouvelle édition, entièrement mise à jour, rend compte de la discipline à travers trois grandes orientations : • l'importance accordée à la mise en évidence des interactions entre les pratiques et les théorisations de ce champ ; • la prise en considération des imbrications fonctionnelles entre l'exercice de l'autorité dans les organisations et le management des ressources humaines ; • le caractère affirmé de la contingence de la gestion du travail et des organisations par les compétences et des effets sur la fonction managériale. Public : • Étudiants des écoles de commerce et des universités en sciences de gestion • Praticiens et cadres d'entreprise impliqués dans la gestion des ressources humaines.
