Abstract

Nous consacrons la rubrique DIDA de ce numéro à une étude de deux spécialistes de santé au travail, consacrée à un organisme essentiel en droit suédois : la Swedish Work Environment Authority. La SWEA est un organisme qui a compétence à la fois sur les politiques et sur l'application des règles de santé et de sécurité au travail. Les analyses développées par ces deux auteurs seront sans nul doute utiles à celles et ceux qui réfléchissent aux voies susceptibles d'améliorer la qualité de l'environnement de travail. Nous profitons aussi de ces quelques mots introductifs pour souhaiter aux lecteurs de cette rubrique une très belle année 2025.
