Abstract

L a transformation numérique de l'économie et des emplois est rapide et concerne tous les secteurs d'activité. Elle se manifeste notamment par l'importance de l'innovation dans la production et les pratiques de travail. Le secteur du numérique, qui joue un rôle majeur dans cette transformation, connaît une forte croissance, autant en termes d'effectifs de salariés qu'au niveau du chiffre d'affaires des entreprises.
