Abstract

Le groupe de travail « Organisation du travail, qualité de l'emploi et engagements » au sein de la chaire ESS de Lyon 2 est dédié à la compréhension et à l'analyse des nouveaux modes d'autogestion dans les organisations. À travers les problèmes ordinaires de la gestion d'une organisation, comme le recrutement, les conflits, la prise de décision,nous interrogeons les singularités mais aussi les tensions et contradictions de ce que l'on peut appeler l'idéal autogestionnaire. Ainsi,dans ce carnet, l'objectif est, partant d'une enquête réalisée auprès d'organisations lyonnaises, de considérer la façon dont des organisations qui tentent de mettre en place des pratiques autogestionnaires, appréhendent la gestion des rémunérations et des salaires. Si les pratiques autogestionnaires entendent remettre en cause la hiérarchie, comment les organisations qui s'en réclament, appréhendent-elles l'organisation des rémunérations ? Existe-t-il des modes de gestion particuliers des rémunérations dans ces organisations ?
