Abstract

Cet article propose un éclairage hétérodoxe de la problématique du risque psychosocial au travail dans le champ scientifique du management socio-économique des organisations. Le management est profondément marqué par les stéréotypes des courants économiques historiques. Certes, la problématique du risque psychosocial est légitime, pertinente, même universelle. Mais elle est dévoyée, survalorisée ou sous-estimée en fonction des groupes de pression. Qu'est-ce qui se montre en fait et comment la prendre en considération ? Si la pratique du management des organisations ne se renouvelle pas, elle continuera de s'enliser dans les impératifs des stéréotypes qu'il s'agit de démystifier. Pour le courant de la gestion socio-économique des organisations, la science est solidaire de la dignité.
