Abstract

The socio-economic interventions-research led by the ISEOR for 45 years in 2000 companies and organizations of 40 countries, based on intense work at the heart of companies and organizations, enabled very important findings on the major role of human potential. Henceforth, scholar-practitioners are confronted with new challenges from much more demanding companies, in order to implement their changes, their strategy, and improve their social and economic performance.
