Abstract

This article deals with commercial failure of digital communicating and connected objets. These failures are mainly generated by technological and management change. We use the Actor-Network Theory in order to understand this commercial failure, and why there are linked with socio-économic questions too. We propose to illustrate our analysis, by taking into account the Violet Company Case in France
