La rémunération des personnels militaires en 2014

Abstract

Le Recensement des Agents de l'État permet de suivre l'évolution des composantes de la masse salariale des militaires entre 2013 et 2014. La rémunération mensuelle nette moyenne des militaires est ainsi de 2 534 € en 2014, en hausse de 0,5 % par rapport à 2013 en euros courants. Des disparités existent selon les grades et la place dans la hiérarchie des salaires avec des évolutions de salaire plus ou moins fortes. Le Glissement Vieillissement Technicité (GVT) solde des personnels militaires est de +0,5 % en 2014. Toutes choses égales par ailleurs, les écarts de salaire entre hommes et femmes sont de 6,8 % en moyenne, de 3,9 % dans le premier décile et de 9,8 % dans le dernier. Le gain salarial moyen de participation à une OPEX est de +31 %, celui d'avoir deux enfants de +12 %.
