Les entreprises fournisseurs de la défense : 15,6 Mds € d'achats aux entreprises résidentes en 2017

Abstract

En 2017, le montant total des paiements du ministère des Armées à ses fournisseurs s'élève à 19,0 Md€, en augmentation de 4,6 % par rapport à 2016. Le montant payé aux entreprises résidentes, en France en 2017 est de 15,6 Md€ (82,2 % du total). L'analyse d'une série temporelle, comme celle des délais de paiement aux fournisseurs du ministère, ne peut échapper à une phase exploratoire permettant de comprendre et d'apprécier les phénomènes temporels influant sur la grandeur étudiée : saisonnalité, effets calendaires, points extrêmes, etc. Leur prise en compte est nécessaire pour une bonne analyse de la conjoncture des délais de paiement.
