Abstract

Une entreprise duale produit à la fois pour des marchés civils et militaires. Elle construit un business model visant à tirer parti simultanément de son positionnement sur les deux marchés. Ce faisant, elle doit gérer une équation stratégique incluant plusieurs critères, comme les préférences des consommateurs, les conditions de financement ou, de plus en plus, les contraintes réglementaires. Ces critères étant généralement différents entre les marchés civils et militaires, la diversification repose sur la mise en pratique d'un compromis propre à chaque modèle d'entreprise.
