Abstract

La carte militaire a toujours évolué. A partir de 2008, les orientations stratégiques et la réforme de l'État ont enclenché un profond mouvement de réorganisation territoriale de la défense. Dix ans après, quels enseignements tirer de ces restructurations, sous l'angle économique (quel impact sur les territoires ?), politique (comment mobiliser des dispositifs d'accompagnement ?) ou encore urbanistique (que faire d'une friche militaire ?).
