Abstract

Les tensions (souvent territoriales) entre la Chine et ses voisins se traduisent par une militarisation de l'Asie, mais aussi des autres membres de l'Indo-Pacifique. Ce concept Indo-Pacifique souligne l'interconnexion des deux océans et la nécessité de sécuriser cette vaste zone pour permettre la liberté de circulation et des échanges dans le respect du Droit international… Ce concept peut-il être une réponse aux tensions ?
