Premier confinement : le grand déménagement vers le télétravail à domicile. Quel télétravail confiné ?

Abstract

In a few days, during the first containment of 2020, several million employees were forced to telework at home. On the basis of telephone interviews conducted "on the spot" during this period, the article examines the material conditions of this transfer to home. It is assumed that many of these conditions were already present in the organisation of work in the company, which would explain the relative fluidity of this major move. It analyses how the activity of these employees is recomposed according to whether their work is more internally or externally oriented. It proposes some hypotheses for future work.
