Abstract

Cette introduction propose de présenter dans un premier temps la posture méthodologique ainsi que la nature des travaux menés à l'Institut de Recherche pour l'Économie Politique de l'Entreprise (IREPE) à l'aune de la réforme de l'entreprise. Ensuite sont interrogés les fondements de cette relation complexe entre la démocratie au travail et le gouvernement de l'entreprise. L'institutionnalisme pragmatiste apparaît alors comme une grille d'analyse pertinente, qui doit être privilégiée pour comprendre les enjeux modernes de démocratisation de l'entreprise. Enfin une présentation générale de l'ouvrage vient parachever ce chapitre d'introduction.
