Abstract

La concurrence qui s'exerce sur les marchés mondiaux est de plus en plus pure en raison de la réduction ou de la suppression des barrières tarifaires et non tarifaires, de la globalisation des produits et de la disponibilité des informations. Cette plus grande transparence des marchés fait courir un risque aux entreprises qui pratiquaient jusqu'alors des prix fortement différenciés d'un pays à l'autre. Pour éviter une harmonisation tarifaire préjudiciable à leur rentabilité, les entreprises doivent donc mettre en œuvre des mesures permettant de rendre les marchés plus opaques et d'éviter ainsi les phénomènes d'exportations parallèles. Face à cette situation, les solutions classiques pour contrecarrer les exportations parallèles ne sont plus forcément applicables et l'article présente de nouvelles approches permettant de faire face à cette contrainte majeure de l'entreprise internationale.
