Abstract

La distribution des services financiers est actuellement l'objet d'une véritable mutation qui, bien que spécifique sous maints aspects, peut être utilement comparée à la nouvelle donne qu'a connu la grande distribution des biens au cours des précédentes décennies. L'émergence de véritables concepts de vente autonomes et multimarques, l'apparition de stratégies de bas prix souvent associées à de nouveaux services, le bouleversement des frontières sectorielles antérieures marquent la naissance d'une grande distribution des produits financiers. Cet article vise à montrer l'intérêt conceptuel d'une fertilisation croisée entre les deux démarches avec toutefois une différence liée à la nature intangible des produits financiers : le rôle moteur qu'est appelée à jouer la grande distribution en ligne parfois combinée avec des stratégies de réseaux réels. La démarche est illustrée par des exemples et des études de cas.
