Abstract

Les outils de gestion, leur utilisation et leur appropriation ont été analysés par un certain nombre d'auteurs en sciences de gestion. Les outils sont particulièrement importants dans le cadre de la gestion des ressources, notamment la gestion des ressources humaines. On observe une multiplication des outils de gestion en lien avec l'accroissement en quantité des normes. Les praticiens ont du mal à choisir et comprendre les outils ainsi que leurs effets parmi la masse qui leur est proposée. La recherche-intervention peut venir éclairer les effets des outils, attendus ou inattendus, par l'interaction du chercheur et ses observations au plus près du terrain au sein même des dynamiques de changement. Théoriquement, l'analyse des effets attendus des outils et des manières d'arriver à ces effets reste à investiguer. Nous cherchons à mettre en évidence différents effets attendus des outils et illustrer les dynamiques avec et autour des outils par des exemples observés lors d'une recherche-intervention.
