Abstract

Après une introduction qui présente la notion de « capital social », il aborde successivement : les notions de donnée, information ; la notion de compétence et l'inflation notionnelle du domaine (la gestion prévisionnelle des emplois et des compétences (GPEC), le Répertoire Opérationnel des Métiers et des Emplois (ROME) du Pôle Emploi en France, la gestion des compétences, la compétence dans le domaine de la stratégie) ; un focus sur les soft skills ; la notion de connaissance (la connaissance organisationnelle, la polysémie du concept, la notion de capability chez A. Sen, Capability et capacities, les dualités constitutives de la dynamique des connaissances organisationnelles, éducation formelle - éducation informelle - éducation non formelle, autres typologies, les enjeux méthodologiques de la collecte des connaissances) ; un focus sur les modèles de cycle de vie de la connaissance (la connaissance et sa transformation d'après M. Grundstein, cycle de vie de la connaissance de R. Dieng-Kuntz, le modèle du Strategic Learning Assessment Map (SLAM) de M. Crossian).
