Abstract

La question de l'asymétrie dans les alliances stratégiques continue à faire débat dans la littérature en management stratégique. Les effets des différences de profils stratégiques et organisationnels entre les partenaires sur les performances des coentreprises sont encore peu connus. Fondée sur une étude de 123 coentreprises internationales implantées en Turquie, nous analysons la performance perçue du partenaire local sous le prisme de l'asymétrie partenariale. Aucun lien significatif n'a été trouvé entre l'asymétrie des parents et la performance de la coentreprise internationale.
