Abstract

Comprendre la révolution digitale et replacer la fonction RH au centre de l'action stratégique. La révolution digitale transforme inéluctablement le travail et les organisations. En cela, elle bouscule les fondamentaux de la gestion des ressources humaines : nouveaux métiers, temps accélérés, internationalisation des équipes, transformation des modes de management… Face à ces enjeux, la fonction RH doit impérativement répondre à quatre défis majeurs: -la DISRUPTION: la concurrence accrue et les évolutions technologiques rapides poussent à innover et à adapter les effectifs et les compétences en permanence. -la MARCHANDISATION de la relation salariale qui amène à gérer des populations aux statuts divers et à se rapprocher du marché externe du travail. -la COLLABORATION: en remettant en cause les schémas d'organisation classique, le digital encourage de nouvelles formes de contrôle et de gestion de l'engagement pour viser l'agilité. -la ROBOTISATION enfin ouvre un immense champ des possibles, entre préoccupations légitimes et belles opportunités. Cet ouvrage propose une grille de lecture nouvelle, mais également des témoignages et des pistes d'action pour permettre aux RH de jouer un rôle essentiel et stratégique dans les organisations de demain.
