Abstract

Partant d'une analyse scientifique des théories économiques, cet ouvrage pose les bases d'une théorie de la firme comme entité (réelle et émergente) fondée sur le pouvoir, à partir d'une démarche méthodologique originale reposant sur une approche pluridisciplinaire (économie, théorie des organisations et droit). Cette théorie montre que la firme crée des mécanismes génératifs intrinsèques basés sur le pouvoir qui font sa durabilité. Mais avec les évolutions de l'environnement institutionnel, les relations de pouvoir se sont modifiées, que ce soit dans l'entité firme (gouvernement interne) ou dans l'entité firme-réseau (gouvernement externe). Ainsi de nombreuses implications normatives économiques mais aussi politico-légales émanent de cet essai.
