Léman sans Frontière. Une collaboration marketing franco-suisse pour développer une destination touristique transfrontalière

Abstract

Ce cas pédagogique s'intéresse au secteur du tourisme et en particulier aux problématiques du marketing d'une destination touristique, par le prisme de la collaboration des acteurs. Il mobilise les notions de parcours client et de marketing participatif. « Léman sans Frontière » est une association qui réunit 36 sites touristiques autour du lac Léman en France et en Suisse appartenant à des entrepreneurs privés ou des acteurs publics. Les apprenants devront apporter des solutions au questionnement principal du secrétaire général de l'association touristique franco-suisse concernant les moyens de collaboration des visiteurs dans le marketing de la destination touristique transfrontalière.
