Abstract

Les règles relatives aux libertés de circulation et à la concurrence sont désormais le cadre à partir duquel sont pensées et mises en oeuvre les politiques micro-économiques, et, en particulier, la politique industrielle et la politique de l'innovation. Cet ouvrage expose les fondements actuels de ces deux politiques en France, en les replaçant dans leur contexte historique et en remettant en perspective l'évolution des concepts et théories économiques qui leur servent de justification. Politique de l'innovation et politique industrielle présente les principales évolutions institutionnelles qu'a connues la France au sujet de ces deux politiques à partir d'un nouveau cadre concurrentiel. Il offre également une analyse des difficultés pour les pouvoirs publics à lier ces politiques matricielles, puisqu'il s'agit à présent d'articuler des interventions horizontales et verticales.
